Communications Manager

Job Description

In the current role you will be challenged to:

• Play a key role in growing the brand awareness across all target markets.
• Define and promote the brand communication style and participate in the development of the brand tone of voice.
• Create and manage communication plans.
• Create content, which is a benchmark in the new generation payment services marketing.
• Your copy will be used for paid marketing channels, performance marketing, SEO, blogs, websites, landing pages, social media.
• Take part in generating ideas for campaign creatives together with Social Media Managers.
• Work hand-in-hand with marketing team members to increase the brand awareness, product adoption and usage.
• Prepare marketing communication reports.
• Track and analyze key marketing communications KPIs.

Your profile:

• You have minimum 3-year relevant experience in various creative marketing, communications or copywriting roles.
• 100 % fluency in English and Bulgarian.
• You are passionate about telling stories and using words to create perceptions and images.
• You are bursting with creative ideas but still able to put them into practice in particular, real-life context.
• You love the digital world and have a strong online presence yourself, even your own blog.
• You adore writing, whether it’s creating new copy from the ground up or interpreting and developing existing storylines.
