Job Description

In the current role you will be challenged to:

• Maintain the relationship with current key accounts and new corporate partners by communicating with them, answer their requests and orders.
• Organizing the process of: initial contact with potential clients, negotiations, order processing with all involved departments and software systems.
• Handle different sorts of inquiries from our clients and assists them in resolving the issues that arise.
• Search for new potential cliеnts for the products and services of the company.
• Provide active monitoring and analyses of internal and external market conditions, competitors and opportunities.
• Actively participate in client meetings.
• Prepare activity reports and analysis.

Your profile:

• University Degree in Economics, Marketing or similar.
• Previous experience in account management role desirable.
• Fluent English language.
• Excellent communicating and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team, under pressure and cope with deadlines.
• Responsible, loyal, constructive and energetic person.
• Previous experience in payments services or product management will be considered a strong advantage.
