Job Description

In the current role you will be challenged to:

• Manage the customer relationships with the the biggest companies in Bulgaria and Europe and optimize their engagement with our brand GiftCard.
• Manage and improve the existing relationships with our key business customers and search for new ones.
• Contact, manage and provide personal direct action with the managers, distributors and corporate customers.
• Manage the process of identifying and realizing business opportunities in the market.
• Prepare sales offers, conduct marketing meetings and negotiations with clients and business partners.
• Source market information and make sales reports.
• Provide active monitoring and analyzes of internal and external market conditions, competitors and opportunities.

Your profile:

• University Degree in Economic, Marketing or similar.
• Previous experience in account management role desirable.
• Fluent English language.
• Excellent communicating and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team, under pressure and cope with deadlines.
• Responsible, loyal, constructive and energetic person.
• Previous experience in payments services or product management will be considered a strong advantage.
