Job Description

iCard is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our products iCard Digital Wallet and iCard for Business! This individual will be responsible for the development and performance of sales activities and sales processes following a B2B2C strategy. The sales person will be required to build and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, and become the ambassador of our products.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, results oriented, sales professional to join our team and help us increase the awareness of the iCard products and attain business targets!

In the current role you will be challenged to:

• Conduct full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. Responsible for the entire sales funnel.
• Build/bring a new base of customers into the ecosystem following a B2B2C strategy.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities; expand and enhance existing sales opportunities.
• Analyze data and market trends, and make informed recommendations to the Sales Operations Manager.
• Develop relationships and work with potential and existing partners in the region.
• Meet with and sell iCard products directly to key business clients.
• Actively engage with leaders of opinion on the market to improve the product awareness and drive revenue growth.
• Make up selling and cross selling of products.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Prepare presentations and demonstrations for sales and analytical purposes.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree preferred in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or any other related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Representative or Sales Operations Manager.
• Extensive experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in B2C sales.
• Knowledge of the Finance and FinTech industry would be considered an advantage.
• A strong affinity for sales and customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-driven, proactive, able to work under minimal supervision.
• Goal oriented.
• Ability to build positive relationships and influence.
• Resourcefulness, with attention to detail.
