Your new job:

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies for company brands to increase brand awareness, engagement and grow online;
• Monitor and manage company brand accounts on social media – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.;
• Create, publish and share original, meaningful, useful, engaging, and consistent content for social media (posts, stories, videos, and ads) in English and Bulgarian;
• Work on development and management of brands’ communities;
• Plan posting calendars and prepare performance reports;
• Promote a positive image of the company and its brands;
• Bring value to the audience by showing different perspectives to the brand story;
• Set specific goals and define social media KPIs;
• Work together with the entire marketing team to build an effective marketing strategy and engaging internal communication;
• Stay up to date with the industry trends and the latest social media best practices;

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the same or similar position;
• University degree preferred in Marketing, Digital media and PR;
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and other social media platforms;
• Knowledge in the development, implementation and management of social media strategies;
• Experience with the social media analytic tools;
• Experience in creating influential content and posting plans;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a thorough knowledge of Bulgarian and English languages – grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.;
• Passion for storytelling;
• A creative and result-oriented personality that thinks outside and inside the box;
• Self-motivated and always looking for exceeding the expectations.
