YOUR NEW ROLE AT A GLANCE:
At the Customer Service team, you’ll be at the forefront of communication with clients, making sure their queries are answered and they get the support they need to make the most of iCard’s products and services.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high quality customer service to our English and Bulgarian speaking clients;
- Sustainably grow your knowledge about our innovative products and services;
- Work with various communication channels.
- Work on shifts will be required - both day and night.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Excellent command of English – both written and spoken;
- Excellent command of Bulgarian – both written and spoken;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to learn about new, innovative financial solutions and be the trusted person to our clients;
- Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills;
- Good attention to details;
- Ability to work in a team environment.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:
- Knowledge of an additional European language would be considered an advantage.
